Our Story…

It is not about our trials. It is about His triumph!
It is not about our loss. It is about Kristen’s gain!
It is not about our heartache. It is about our thankful hearts!
It is not about our pain. It is about God’s purpose!
It is not about our grief. It is about the joy of the Lord!
It is not about the end. It is about a new beginning!

Our story is not a story of death; it is a story of life, everlasting life! It is a story of the sweet intimacy of our Father, God!

God cares so much for us that He gave His greatest gift, His Son, to provide a way for us to come home to Him. Kristen believed and accepted, by faith, the promise of God that she would be with Him in heaven when her time here was complete. But, what if Kristen had put off her relationship with God for some other day… a day that never came?

We don’t know what tomorrow holds for each of us or if we will ever see another tomorrow.

God told me that Kristen was going to leave us and the testimony of her life (her story) would touch lives and bring others closer to himself.

The who, how, when and where of the lives her story touches belong to God alone. We are only witnesses of His grace and mercy as we share our story of the reality of His Good News.

All can have new life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Kristen claimed the following promise (Because She Believed!)

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, 26 and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?” 27 She said to him, “Yes, Lord; I believe that you are the Christ, the Son of God, who is coming into the world.”
(John 11:25-27)

Will you open the door to your heart and dine with Jesus?

Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.
